It all started with bitters and quickly morphed into what we are today, a woman powered itty beverage manufacturing company located in the heart of the Treasure Valley creating all the nuanced ingredients for crafting at home, on your own. Our alcohol free bottle shop acts as a tasting room for exploring new flavors. We believe in normalizing alcohol free drinking behind the bar, at the backyard barbecue or really any other occasion. Looking to interrupt or disrupt your regular ritual? We’re here to support you!
We offer seasonal products and a spontaneous menu crafted with locally grown and sourced fruit, herbs and vegetables. Beyond growing many of our own ingredients we source from Black Fox Farm, Fiddlers Green Farm, Whistle Pig Farm, Global Gardens, Purple Sage Farm, Matthews Family Farm, Waterwheel Gardens, Kelley Canyon Orchards, Rice Family Farms, Kelly Orchards and Fairchild Orchards to name a few. Patrons can GRAB+GO or stick around and lounge when we’re crafting alcohol free cocktails. Outside snacks are a-OK.
HOURS VARY. Appointments are great! We are flexible and accommodating. We ask for the same grace in return. Typically you will find us in shop Thursday and Friday 12pm to 6pm and at the Boise Farmers Market Saturdays 9am-1pm and in the Wood River Valley at the Ketchum Market on Wednesdays from 12-4pm.
