iOnE Bitters are moonlight and gemstone infused neat extracted bitters made with a low proof Idaho potato vodka without any additives. Our bitters take roughly 8-12 weeks (a season) to come into flavor fruition.

We grow, forage and source as many organic ingredients as possible from the Treasure Valley and our local farmer friends.

Orange bitters are made with blood, cara cara and tangelo oranges, coriander, caraway and yarrow for a more full mouth flavor appeal.
