iOnE Bitters are moonlight and gemstone infused neat extracted bitters made with a low proof Idaho potato vodka without any additives. Our bitters take roughly 8-12 weeks (a season) to come into flavor fruition.

We grow, forage and source as many organic ingredients as possible from the Treasure Valley and our local farmer friends.
